I appreciated the self-check-in process. receiving the door codes via email made my arrival hassle-free. The room showcased beautifully decorated interiors, and the carpet added a warm feel to the space. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is fantastic, with a plethora of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. However, I experienced some challenges. The noise from the event space below was disruptive, especially on Saturday night when it extended late into the evening. Also, the lack of a microwave in the suite felt like a missed opportunity, especially for a place offering kitchenette amenities. A few electrical outlets weren't conveniently placed, making it difficult to charge devices near the bed. Nonetheless, the staff's responsiveness via email leading up to my stay was commendable, and the access to the room was easy overall.

self-check-in process, lovely carpet, beautifully decorated
No microwave feels like a crime for a suite!!! The noise from the event space is unbearable, especially on weekends when it goes past 11:30 PM!!! A more logical placement of electrical outlets would be a game-changer!!! There's also a severe lack of luggage racks for short stays!!!

I had an enjoyable stay with a beautifully decorated room and a fantastic big shower. However, the lack of clarity regarding amenities was a downside. I'd definitely come back!

The room's design is thoughtful, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a lovely carpet that adds warmth. The self-check-in process is both efficient and user-friendly, making arrivals seamless. A prime advantage is the convenient location, with numerous restaurants and shops within easy reach. However, some electronic amenities could use clearer instructions, and a few items like the shower might require a bit more user-friendliness for certain guests. Additionally, the bedding, while comfortable, could use softer pillows for an improved rest.
